TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

Shibuya Crossing is often called “the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world.” During peak times, as many as 2,500 people cross the intersection every time the light changes — about every two minutes! It’s so iconic that it has been featured in movies like Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift and Lost in Translation.

Lake Kawaguchi is one of the best and most accessible spots to view Mount Fuji, especially during the “reverse Mount Fuji” phenomenon — when the mountain is perfectly reflected on the lake’s surface like a mirror, usually seen early in the morning when the waters are still. In spring, cherry blossoms frame Mount Fuji, and in autumn, the red maple leaves make it even more magical.

Universal Studio Japan (USJ) is home to the world’s first Super Nintendo World, which opened in 2021. This vibrant, interactive area brings classic Nintendo games to life, allowing guests to punch coin blocks, race through a Mario Kart ride inside Bowser’s Castle, and collect virtual coins using a Power-Up Band synced with their smartphone.

Arashiyama Bamboo Grove is not only visually stunning but also famous for its tranquil sound. When the wind blows through the towering bamboo stalks, it creates a calming rustling noise so unique and peaceful that it was selected as one of the “100 Soundscapes of Japan” by the Ministry of Environment. It’s like nature’s own music, best enjoyed while walking through the serene path.
